Who needs a Binky when you have a whole fist to suck on!

This is one of his favorite toys, hes even getting strong enough to where he can pull down on it and make it vibrate!

This year was defiantly one of the best Christmas's Iv ever had thanks to my little angel Brody. I have a whole new outlook on life now that I'm a mommy. I love him so so much, I cant even begin to descirbe how much I love my son! He means everything to me, he is my world and I can imagine a day without him in it. Brody is the best Christmas present I could ever hope for. He always seems to put a smile on my face no matter what mood I'm in, I even think he cry is cute! I can defiantly tell that my life is different now and that I'm a mom, other Christmas's Iv always been so excited to get presents and I was this year but I was way more excited to buy presents for Brody and see him play with them. I can also tell my life is totally different because the one thing I actually asked for was a rocking chair...haha what a mom thing to do. Christmas really is a great time to have a new baby around.
Every year Santa comes to the Jensen's, and no Evan is no longer a believe...but Santa still visits! Us kids all go upstairs together to see what Santa left for us. I cant wait until I can do Santa for Brody,I'm going to have so much fun with that. Santa did visit Brody this year, but he hasn't quiet grasped the whole idea yet. Just to give you an idea of how big Bro's getting the pajama's he's wearing are size 12 months...they are a tiny bit big but hes not even 3 months yet!

What a typical boy, not interested in clothes. He just wanted to get to the good stuff...the toys!
This is a daily routine for Brody and I, I guess Christmas is no exception. One outfit usually doesn't last too long. I keep having to get him bigger diapers because he has so many blow outs!
Uncle Evan bought Brody a shirt and this pair of shoes for Christmas. We found these baby converse and just couldn't resist, they are so stinkin cute! His feet are so big that Evan had to buy a size 2 for him, and there's not a whole lot of room to spair.

Grandpa Jensen came down and stayed with us on Christmas. It's always nice to see him since we don't get to that often. It's also nice to have family around during the Holidays. We all wished that Grandma Straley would have come and stayed with us but she doesn't like to travel so she stayed home. I'm always glad when Great Grandparents get to see Brody.
Every year our Church has a Christmas dinner/party, two of our guests were Mr. and Mrs Clause. Ill have to explain this picture, as you can tell Brody is sleeping very soundly. This is very uncommon for him, Brody very rarely naps and I'm talking like never! If he does nap its for about 15 minutes if your lucky. I feed him a bottle right before we went up to see Santa to make sure that he was happy. We'll I guess it did make him happy...a little too happy. When I first set Brody on Santa's lap he slouched right over and almost fell over. After taking him from Santa two different people held him and he still didn't wake up...WIERD!
Mr. and Mrs. Clause thought that Brody was sooo cute, they said he was the perfect Christmas present for Mommy!
"Okay guys, seriously I swear I just saw a man in red with a beard walk behind me"

Once again napping, I think this whole Christmas thing Is wearing him out or something, Mommy's not complaining though.

Brody and I were out at Shad and Tawnya's house when he decided to have a major blow out..and I'm talking major! It would have taking tons of wiped to clean it all up so Tawnya and I just gave him a bath instead. She doesn't have a baby bath so we just put a little bit of water in the bath tub and I held his head up. He looked so cute in it, and really he didn't even look as little as I thought he would in a big bath tub. Hes starting to get a new habit of sticking out his tongue a lot, especially in the bath, I guess he thinks the water tastes good.

First off I have to explain that I am a very indecisive person, I mean very. I have gotten better over the years but I still cant seem to make big decisions without other people opinions. I am going to buy Brody a jumper for Christmas and I cant decide which one I want. I absolutely loved the Baby Einstein jumper the first time I saw it. I also absolutely hated the Rainforest Jumper the first time I saw it, but when my Mom and Dad said they like the Rainforest one better I couldn't decide. It seems like the Rainforest jumper has more things to grab and touch, but I still like the Baby Einstein one....Which one do you guys like better?

And here's the Rainforest Jumper

Lately Brody has been growing like a weed. I keep all his clothes that are bigger sizes out in our garage. The other night I decided Id better get some out since hes already wearing some 6-9 month clothes, and yes hes only 10 weeks! My friend Annie let me barrow a bunch of her son's clothes that don't fit him anymore, this little outfit was one of them. I believe it is size 3-6 months. It looked a little small so I at least wanted to put it on him and get a picture, it was to stinkin cute not to. I was right and it was a little small so he probably wont be wearing it again.

If you ask me he looks like a pretty happy baby for just getting a whole bunch of shots!
Today Brody is two months old! Honestly I know people say this all the time but it really does feel like I was just in the hospital giving birth to him, and now I turn around and hes two months old. Its insane how fast they grow up. His personality is growing and coming out more and more every day. Little things about him are changing...his lips are filling out, his hands and feet are getting even bigger and his eyebrows are getting darker so you can actually tell he has some (something he defiantly did not get from his mommy). He is become quiet the little talker as well. He will chat your head off let me tell you. And he is just about the smiliest baby I have ever meet, he is full of smiles just waiting for anyone who gives him a happy face. He is getting alot stronger too, he is holding his head up very well, but hes been doing that for a while now. He still has the little head bob but hes holding it up well for a two month old. He is so strong with his legs, he just loved to push up against you with them. I think that he thinks hes bigger and older than he is, hes already trying to use those legs for something.
Here's just a little glimpse of the Brodster smile.

Brody was absolutely fascinated by the blanket I layed him on, we couldn't even get him to look away from it. He has also picked up an old habit of his. When he was born the doctor noticed a spot on his wrist where it looked like the skin was rubbed off or something, I didn't really know what it was or what to think. Dr. Hernandez automatically said he was a wrist sucker, so in my stomach he was just a sucken away on that wrist, there's even still a mark from in (maybe a scar). Well a couple weeks ago he started doing it again. Hes a shoulder baby, he LOVES to be up on your shoulder so his wrist is always right there and he sucks on it. And I finally got the picture to prove it! This picture also shows his little elf ear haha, only his left ear is like that though.
